Are you not satisfied with your purchase?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in original, undamaged and saleable condition.
Upon receipt and approval of the return, you will receive a full refund, excluding the shipping costs of the return package. Items that appear to have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned.

How to request a return?
1.    Fill in the return form. Don't have it yet? Simply request it via the form below.
2.    Send the completed return form along with a photo of the products to be returned by email to info@InnerKnowing.store.
3.    Wait for approval of your return request. After approval, you can prepare the package for shipment.
4.    Carefully pack your return and ensure it meets the conditions below.
5.    Clearly state 'Return Shipment' on the outside of the package.
6.    Always use a traceable and insured shipping method and email the Track & Trace code to info@InnerKnowing.store.

Return Conditions & Guidelines
1.    Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original (plastic) packaging.
2.    The cost of return shipping is at your own expense.
3.    Ensure sturdy packaging to prevent damage during transit.
4.    Always return via a traceable, insured shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
5.    Returns without a pre-approved return form cannot be processed.

Easy returns in three steps
1.    Request the return form via the contact form below. State your order number, email address, and reason for return.
2.    Send the items. Include the completed return form and send the package with Track & Trace to the address on the form.
3.    Receive your purchase amount back. Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within five working days.

Exclusion of right of withdrawal for direct access to digital content
By placing the order and gaining direct access to the digital content, the consumer expressly agrees that delivery begins immediately and acknowledges that he thereby waives his legal right of withdrawal.
