Your shopping cart can be opened at any time by clicking the 'shopping bag icon' in the top right corner of the page.
Please note: items with limited stock are only reserved for you after payment has been completed.

Finished shopping
Click the 'shopping bag icon' again to view your selected items. In the following screen, you can change the quantity per item if necessary. Then proceed by clicking 'Proceed to checkout'. On the checkout page, you can conveniently fill in all your details on one page.
Please note: once your order is finalized, it cannot be changed, as we immediately start processing to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs
We charge delivery costs to keep the prices per product clear and as low as possible. Shipping costs are stated during checkout and depend on the destination country. Orders from €99,- are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium. Any return costs are always at your own expense.

Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders are sent with Track & Trace. As soon as your package has been dispatched, you will receive a link to the order status page by email. It may take some time for the Track & Trace information to become visible.

Delivery time
InnerKnowing.store aims for fast delivery. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM are usually processed the same day. Many items are shipped directly via our Dutch suppliers, which means the average delivery time is 2-3 business days.

Not home during delivery
If the package cannot be delivered, it will remain available for pickup at a PostNL location (Bpost in Belgium) for 7 days. You will receive a notification with the pickup location. After 7 days, the package will automatically be returned.

Incorrect address provided
As a customer, you are responsible for correctly entering the shipping address. Because we process orders quickly, the window for making an address change is extremely limited. Therefore, please contact us immediately if you believe the address is incorrect.

Lost or stolen package
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received anything, please report this to PostNL. After 14 days, PostNL can start an investigation.
